This project came into my life because a colleague thought it would interest me. The seller did not want to put the home in the market, preferring an easy, smooth off-market transaction. This was my first newer build project; a 10 year old Habitat for Humanity built attached home. The home had some neglect - but I was eager to make her shine anew.

We painted the entire home (inside and out), replaced flooring, updated kitchen and baths, new lighting, new hardware, spruced up the exterior and made repairs so she functioned like new again! We had fun with some color blocking and a gorgeous dark green room.
