Interior:
Cream: Navajo White
Light Grey: Revere Pewter
Beige: Shaker Beige
White: Super White
Exterior Greys: Chelsea Grey + Amherst Grey with trim: Sailcloth or China White
For cabinet painting:
Step 1: use a TSP wash
Step 2: Prime with Shellac: Bin Zenzer
Step 3: apply 2 coats of semi-gloss paint
Note that I beleive strongly in a splash of color and am loving the color a client added to her kitchen called "Hummingbird" from Martha Stewart (planning to add to my own kitchen, in fact!).
