Look at this adorable house! My client + friend + owner of Bella Vista Painting + Drywall (who I hire to paint all my house projects) completed her first renovation with this home. I offered to help mentor her through her first "fix + flip" and she knocked it out of the park. Her color choices are fresh and fun (love the color blocking!) - proving once again what a crucial role paint colors play in a home.
She fixed what was broken, re-did the floors, opened up the kitchen + refreshed all the lighting and hardware to get the home ready for it's new owner. The home was pretty beat-up and she gave it new life - while keeping some of the cool original features. Bravo!
