Berry nice house in Rose City Park!

This listing is filled with charm and character! A darling bungalow on a sunny corner lot in Rose City Park just enjoyed a lovely glow-up. My Pink Door Project mentee transformed this home from BLECH to BERRY NICE!

And the bedroom light fixtures are so cool- I've never seen this style before.

She paired original hardwood floors with neutral LVT in kitchen and baths, kept the groovy "wood" paneled dining room (I love a dark, moody dining room - feels so sexy) and the windows really WOW! The home is situated perfectly to capture abundant natural light.
