My client approached me last summer to help her sell her condo - until she got the opportunity to rent it for a year (special rules in the complex aim to keep mostly owner-occupied) and took advantage. Flash forward to now - and her condo is listed and looking utterly fabulous. My client put in a lot of effort cleaning and sprucing up to make sure this living space is ready for the next owner.

I was thrilled to be able to work with the ridiculously talented Carrie from Blue Jacket Styling to stage the condo. She uses the right mix of nice furniture, eclectic decor and original art. Yes - she creates her OWN art for the homes. I think the flavor is just right and really enhances the space perfectly.
