When my dear friend Weina connected with me about her passion for moving to Portland, I was thrilled. Right off the bat, we found the dreamiest home and we put together a fantastic package. Unfortunately, the seller received multiple cash offers and we could not compete. Weina remained faithful that she and her husband, Craig, would find their oasis.
After several rejected offers in this competitive market, we had a conversation on the phone which led to tweaking their search. After making this small change, a property that we would not have seen and had just been put "back on the market" happened to show up. I had a 2 hour window to tour the property before offers were due.
Happily, their offer was accepted!! The first time Weina saw the home was during the inspection. The first time Craig saw the home was move-in day!! I am thrilled that they are both overwhelmingly happy in their new hometown and have already become very involved in their community. I so appreciate their trust in me.
